These conditions describe the use of Provenance’s NFT information, analysis and community features. The operator’s identity and contact details are at the end of this page.
Operator and contact detailsThe service
Provenance provides collection information, market data, historical analysis, wallet and NFT insights, community features and an AI assistant called Alex. Availability can depend on your account, invitation, feature permissions and supported networks.
The service is currently offered without a subscription charge. Voluntary contributions support the project. Any future paid service would require its own clear information and agreement before you are charged; these conditions do not authorize future payments.
Accounts and wallets
Sign in through an available provider such as X or Google. Use an account you are authorized to control, protect your provider account and devices, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. The provider’s authentication and permission rules also apply.
Only claim wallets or identities you are entitled to associate with your profile. Wallet verification may require signing a message or making a clearly described verification transaction. Check what your wallet asks you to approve, including the network, destination and fees. Never disclose your seed phrase or private keys.
You can stop using the service and request account deletion through My Profile or the contact below. Deletion does not alter public blockchain history or automatically remove records needed for legitimate security or legal purposes, as explained in the privacy policy.
Information, estimates and external transactions
Prices, listings, holdings, scores, rankings, wallet associations and AI responses can be incomplete, delayed or incorrect. Scores and badges are platform indicators, not a guarantee of identity, asset quality, authenticity, future value or investment performance. Report an error or disputed association so it can be reviewed.
Content is provided for information and education and is not individualized financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Digital assets can lose value. Verify information independently before making a decision.
Links to marketplaces, wallets and other services take you to services with their own terms. Check their transaction details and rules. Provenance’s information does not guarantee that an external listing remains available or that a transaction will complete.
Community content and acceptable use
You remain responsible for the content you submit and the rights needed to publish it. You retain your rights in your content; you permit the hosting, display and technical processing needed to provide the feature where you submit it. Public posts and comments can be viewed and shared by others.
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, impersonation, fraud, infringement of other people’s rights, malicious code, unauthorized access or interference with the platform. Do not publish private information about others without a lawful basis. Report disputed content through available reporting tools or the contact below.
Content or access may be restricted where needed to address abuse, security incidents, legal requirements or a breach of these conditions. Contact us to ask for an explanation or review. These conditions do not remove any procedural or other rights granted by applicable law.
Voluntary contributions
Check the official destination, supported network and amount before transferring funds. Network fees may apply. Recognition such as a supporter role or entry on the contributors board is governed by the information shown in that feature. A contribution does not by itself grant shares, ownership of Provenance or a promise of financial return.
Contributions may be attributed to a verified wallet and displayed with your username, native-currency amount and date. See the privacy policy for that publication and the handling of contribution records. Do not assume that a contribution is tax-deductible.
Blockchain transfers usually cannot be reversed through the network. If you believe there has been an error, contact us with the transaction reference; we will review the circumstances. This does not exclude any mandatory rights you may have.
Privacy, changes and contact
The privacy policy explains personal-data processing. The cookies policy explains browser storage and how to change optional permissions. Using the service or these conditions does not give blanket consent to optional cookies or unrelated data processing.
Features and these conditions may change as the service develops. Updates will have a revised date, and changes requiring notice or agreement will be presented as required by applicable law. Nothing here limits liability or consumer, data-protection or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, or requires you to use arbitration or waive access to a competent court.
